How We Started
In business, as in life, we need to re-evaluate every 5 years where we are and where we want to go. Don Minichino, our Team Leader, started out his career in Marketing Communications and then Economic Development, where he was rewarded heavily by elevating the people and businesses around him. He enjoyed telling their stories, and being a part of their rise to success. In 2019, re-evaluating once again, he decided to take his passion for ‘pushing from the back’ (as they would say in Leadership Dutchess) into commercial real estate, and the HVNY Commercial Team was born.
Now supported mightily by teammates Karl Muchow and Stefania Riccitelli, HVNY Commercial Team brings together people from a variety of professional backgrounds include finance, corporate training, entrepreneurship, marketing, public relations, social media, operations and economic development to serve the Hudson Valley’s commercial real estate needs.
