Karl brings over 18 years of global consulting experience across industries including commercial real estate, insurance, investment and retail banking, technology, pharmaceuticals, and advertising. As an advisor with HVNY Commercial, he leverages this unique blend of corporate and entrepreneurial expertise to deliver strategic, data-driven advisory services to clients throughout the Hudson Valley.

Karl has a proven track record of advising both global corporations and mid-market firms, helping them navigate complex real estate decisions with clarity and confidence. His approach combines strategic vision with analytical precision—tailoring every solution to meet the specific goals and challenges of each client.

Before joining HVNY Commercial, Karl held leadership roles at JP Morgan, AIG, Corebridge Financial, IPG, and Becton Dickinson. He led complex financial and tech portfolio initiatives spanning continents and industries, including the design and launch of AIG’s Global Underwriting University and key programs tied to Corebridge Financial’s IPO, supporting the development of more than 10,000 underwriters and finance professionals. His ability to align cross-functional teams and drive large-scale success continues to serve him—and his real estate clients—exceptionally well.

Karl is currently pursuing his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and is an active member of several industry and community organizations, including NYSCAR, HGAR, and local Chambers of Commerce.
